This go kart is EPA and DOT approved, can be registered as an Off Highway vehicle in 49 States except for California.

75% Assembled:
you will need to put on the wheels, seats, roll bars etc. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate this go-kart and get it up and running in couple hours with help. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own, you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed. Negligence and improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check/replace engine fluids and fully charge battery prior to operation. This is a new in box off-road vehicle, it needs to be assembled very carefully and properly for top performance.
