If you lost the DMV registration paperwork (MCO and Bill of Sale) that we mailed to you previously or if you sold your vehicle before registering it with the DMV, you can request a new/duplicate set of the paperwork by filling out the NEW/DUPLICATE REGISTRATION PAPERWORK REQUEST, scan and email it to [email protected]. Or you can email us asking for an Adobe version of the form so that you can fill out and submit it electronically.

Note: Notarizing replacement MCO by the Dealer is required regardless of buyer's State. All other fees that are check-marked on the form are required as well. PAY FEE HERE
