All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 18 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the vehicle that occurs was due to improper shipping process. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking company, shipping insurance is required with any vehicle purchase (3% of your total sales price) to protect your investment against lost or damage which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance will protect your vehicle in the event of a lost shipment and a replacement vehicle will be shipped to you immediately with no additional cost. Shipping insurance will also protect your vehicle against shipping damage(s), If your vehicle is damaged there are 2 solutions,
1) if the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim . Please be sure to inspect the bike thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, you must take pictures of damages and call us immediately to confirm the fact with us before you decide to refuse delivery. Otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee and/or all costs of shipping out a new vehicle. If you refuse delivery due to damage and is returned to us for a replacement vehicle, upon inspection at the shipper and the damages are purely cosmetic and no structural or mechanical damages are found, the vehicle will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled . Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to shipping process.We are partnered with the best LTL trucking companies to ensure you receive the best service and experience possible. Please understand damage and lost shipments do occur 3% of the time so we require all buyer(s) to insure your investments.

Shipping insurance is free of charge if you pay by QuickPay with Zelle , Bank wire transfer or mail in a Cashier's Check (bank certified check) or Money Order for your vehicle purchase, We suggest that you mail your payment via Priority Mail or Express Mail that contains tracking number for the fast and safe delivery.


Bobcat's safely packs and crates all items to assure your items to arrive free of shipping damages. However in the event you find your product is lost or damaged during shipping, please visit our website at and file a lost or shipping damage claim under “Customer Care” within 3 days. In the meantime, please email your delivery receipt which is noted damage(s) to [email protected], and take pictures of the damaged vehicle and boxes and email the pictures to [email protected], please include your name, address, phone number, order number and tracking number of your shipment in the email. All the supporting documents must be received by us within 3 days of your vehicle is delivered. To guarantee eligibility for any lost or shipping damage cost reimbursements, shipping insurance must be purchased at the time of initial order.


If I place an order today, how long will delivery take?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days from your date of purchase and a signed warranty document unless the vehicle is back ordered. However, we generally ship your order the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Transit time takes approximately between 3 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Our trucking companies do not on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. During holiday seasons, processing time will extend, but not limited, to 3-5 business days. Transit time during holiday seasons may extend, but not limited, to 5-7 business days.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, additional freight charges may apply. Please email [email protected] to obtain your freight costs prior to purchase.

Will I receive a confirmation once my order ships?

Yes, we will e-mail you the shipping company information along with your tracking number once your order ships so you can track your order online or by calling the trucking company directly. We require 2-4 business days to process your order before we forward you your tracking number. Please note that the "Standard Delivery Date" that shows on shipping company’s website is just an estimate, please call the shipping company to obtain accurate information on your shipment status.

What do I do if my order is lost or damaged.

Unfortunately, lost packages and minor shipping damages may occur at time. We strongly encourage all customers to insure your investment to guard against lost or damages during shipping. Orders that are not insured will not be eligible for lost or damaged claims.

1. Inspect your whole vehicle BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages presence, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement. Email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Failing to do so will void the claim.

2. All noted damages must be reported to Bobcat's via e-mail within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions.

3. Please save original packing material for investigation by the shipping company. Please take pictures of the damaged vehicle and boxes and send the pictures to
[email protected] within 3 days of delivery, please include your order number, your name, address, phone number and tracking number of your vehicle in the email.

4. We will file shipping damage claim and the merchandise will be inspected by a representative from the shipping company.

5. We will ship you the replacement part(s) after we receive your complete supporting documents for the damage claim; or issue you a refund for a non-repairable vehicle after the claim is settled by the shipping company.

6. If there is any charge back initiated by customer due to damage, you will have to pay 30% restocking fee and $75 chargeback fee.
