This dirt bike is EPA, DOT and CARB approved, it can be registered as an Off-highway vehicle in all 50 States including California.

85% Assembled:
you will need to put on the front wheel, adjust handle bar and set up battery. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can get it up and running within 40 minutes. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own, you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed. Negligence and improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check / replace engine fluids and fully charge battery prior to operation. This is a new in box off-road vehicle, it needs to be assembled very carefully and properly for top performance.
